Glopple Comic Con

By purchasing tickets, attending, or participating as a vendor at Glopple Comic Con (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Children 6 and under are admitted free with a paying adult. All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Event staff may deny entry or remove attendees for violation of rules, inappropriate behavior, or safety concerns.

All attendees, guests, and vendors must behave respectfully.
Nudity, NSFW content, or sexually explicit costumes or merchandise are strictly prohibited.
Harassment, disruption, or violation of staff instructions may result in removal without refund.
Event staff has final say on all conduct and content.

Booth space is 10ft x 10ft and includes one–two 6 ft tables, 2 chairs, and 2 vendor tickets.
Booth space does not include Wi-Fi, electricity, or pipe & drape.
Set-up starts at 8am-10:30am. MUST be set-up by 10:45am.
Tear-down is at 6:00 PM; early tear-down is not permitted.
Vendors will receive one warning for prohibited material. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
Prohibited content may not be displayed, sold, or kept behind tables.

Real weapons are strictly prohibited; prop weapons must be peace bonded (inspected and secured) and approved by staff.
Bags and personal items may be inspected at entry.
Event staff may require immediate removal for severe violations of rules.

Attendees consent to photography, video recording, and live streaming for Event and promotional use.

By attending, you assume all risks related to participation.
Glopple Comic Con, its organizers, sponsors, and volunteers are not responsible for personal injury, lost/stolen items, or damage to property.
Vendors and attendees are responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
Glopple Comic Con reserves the right to modify, cancel, or postpone the event for safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
Any claims must be brought under applicable law within the venue’s jurisdiction.

All Glopple Comic Con logos, content, and materials are protected by copyright and trademark.
Attendees and vendors may not reproduce, sell, or distribute materials without explicit written permission.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated or revised at any time. Continued participation or attendance constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
