All attendees, guests, vendors, and staff must follow this code of conduct to ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment.
General Behavior
Glopple Con is harassment-free for all, regardless of gender, age, orientation, appearance, disability, race, or religion. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. Violators may be removed
without a refund.
Cosplay Policy
Costumes must be family-friendly and follow all laws. No nudity, hate speech, or inappropriate language. Risky costumes (e.g., sharp or swinging parts) may be rejected by staff. No bare feet on the floor—posing barefoot is allowed with caution.
Weapons & Props
No real weapons or live steel. Props must be clearly fake and safe. No guns will be allowed. No explosives,
fireworks, or mock fights. Oversized props are okay if they don’t block paths
or exits. Ask staff if unsure.
Autograph Policy
Guests set their own prices and may decline any request. Be respectful, brief, and never touch a guest without permission. Bootlegs or offensive items are not allowed. Small handmade gifts may be accepted at a guest's discretion. Badge revocation may occur for
violations.
Alcohol, Smoking, & Vaping
No outside alcohol. No
smoking or vaping on premises.
Badges & Wristbands
Must be worn visibly at all
times. Lost items can be replaced at registration. No sharing: violators will
lose access.
Lost & Found
Not responsible for lost/stolen items. Claim or turn in items at registration. Unclaimed items go to the venue after the event.
Signs & Flyers
No inappropriate signs or
unapproved promotions. Flyers may only be distributed by vendors or with staff approval.
Photos & Filming
Respect others’ wishes not to be photographed or filmed. Some events may restrict recording—announcements will be made.
General Courtesy
Silence your phone in panels. Take calls outside. Ask before filming others.
Other Notes
Programs are subject to change. Only ADA-compliant service animals are allowed. If any of these rules are violated, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
